FROED/Fiola/RDA do exactly as they please to benefit themselves, to the detriment of the city. Could anyone else really have done any worse than this bunch of frat boys? So now we have another wasted three years ahead. This is a sad day for Fall River in a long string of sad days.
Reality, I think the fact that the Request for Bids, by the city, for the job, was not publicized well and as a result only one proposal, aside from FROED's was elicited...is ridiculous. There are two people on the RDA I have great respect for so I certainly would not say they are morons. If you feel that way, it is your right. I am posting the video in a few so you can see the discussion of the proposals.
I think that FROED is a waste of money and has done little to nothing to further the city and that is the basis for my frustration.
