LNG

Does anyone have information on the 2 all day meetings that Hess has had with the Coast Guard this past week? Rumor is that the Coast Guard may be getting ready to flip flop.

I heard they were held in Leo's basement, the scene of many a clandestine city meeting. He even cooked up some bacon & eggs & sausage, just like they did for Tom Kozak. I'm only half joking, here....
