The Hearld News does a great job, giving poeple like me only the info I need to know, to keep the wheels of those that matter running. Great job HN I sip my coffee every morning with no clue how bad things are until I read the South Coast times at lunch.

The interesting thing about SMILES is the program, run by Lisa Stratton's boyfriend Jimmy Viagara, has gotten millions of your tax dollars from the state and millions more in corporate donations but
All the mentors work for free. the program has two girls in two tiny offices and a web site.
So, where does all the money go hat they collect and take from the state? Jimmy Viagara can't be spending it all on little blue pills.
Where do those millions go? Looks like a con to me
