And the Award for the Biggest Waste of A Wooden Box Goes To...............

THE CITY HALL SUGGESTION BOX!!! CONGRATULATIONS

I saw this at City Hall and had to take a picture. I wasn't aware that Bob Correia wanted public input. In fact, I am quite sure "his honor" does not.

Any suggestions on what Bob can do with his suggestion box?

    It's actually a jack-in-the-box. You put in your suggestion and Alan Silva pops out with an evil sounding laugh.

    The reps from the state auditor's office made a funny Alan Silva/Ft. Lauderdale dig last night - it was worth sitting through 2 hours of repetitious questions by some of the city councilors just to hear it.

    The mayor received over 7,000 suggestions for the fire chief's position. We already know what he thinks about our suggestions.
